We moved here in 2016 after living on the northern end of the Gold Coast for 20+ years. We felt it was time for a "green change".  After living here for 2 years we felt our property was too beautiful not to share and it just lent itself to camping!  We welcomed our first guests in October 2018.

The property is really in 2 parts: the top and the bottom. Our house is at the top and totally separate from the campground at the bottom.

The campground comprises about 5 acres, including our beautiful lake with a bridge to the island, a rain-forest and what we like to call the "airstrip". The original owner of the property was a pilot and used to land his light plane on the airstrip: in fact the wind sock tower is still on the property, you'll find it hidden in the rain-forest. He parked his plane in what we now call the barn, which forms part of the campsite.

We are a private campground. We only ever take one booking at at time. If you book a stay with us you can be assured of absolute privacy and seclusion (our dogs Chilli and Patsy might come to visit and the chickens and ducks are in a fenced pen on the slope above the campsite), but apart from them you are completely on your own. Of course we are but a phone call, text message or even shout out away if you need anything.

Please be aware the outdoor bath is only available for use when booked with a pamper or rompam package. It is 500 litres and very easily accommodates 2 people.

Do yourself a favour and book a stay with us....We are confident you will not regret it and to top it off the property is definitely "instaworthy"!!
