
Q: Will I be sharing the space with other people?
A: No, this is a completely private glamping experience. We only take one booking at a time so the entire property is exclusively yours. No shared facilities, no other guests - just you. This applies if you book 1 dome or 2
Q: Can we bring extra visitors, or set up additional tents?
A: No, our maximum guest number is 6. Only the guest numbers included in your booking may stay overnight. Breach of this policy may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking without refund.
Q: Can we bring a caravan, camper trailer or motor home?
A: No we are not a caravan park or campground. We do not have the facilities or road infrastructure to accommodate caravans or motor homes.
Q: Is use of the outdoor bath included in my accommodation cost?
A: No, the outdoor bath is available as part of our pamper or rompam packages. It is 500 litres, heated by gas and stays hot for about 2 hours. Comfortably fits 2-3 people

Q: Are you child friendly?
A: Yes, children are welcome. Please note there is an unfenced lake on the property, near the campsite. We recommend supervision at all times and bringing a life vest for young children
Q: Can we bring our own food and drink?
A: Yes - you're welcome to bring your own food and drink. We also offer optional meal packages - you can explore them here

Q: Do we need to bring our own firewood?
A: No, we provide plenty of firewood for your stay. We also provide matches, lighter, fire starters and supplies. Additional firewood is available for $25 per refill.

Q: Can we use the pizza oven without purchasing a package
A: Yes you can bring your own ingredients to make pizzas. There is a $15 fee to use the pizza oven and you must notify me prior to arrival.
Q: Do we need to bring any linen?
A: No. We provide all linen including towels.
Q: Do you provide any toiletries
A: Yes - we provide shampoo, conditioner body wash and hand soap
Q: Are the domes air-conditioned/heated?
A: Yes - both domes have reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort
Q: Do we need to pay extra for movies?
A: No, use of the projector and movies is included with your stay.
Q: Do you offer WIFI?
A: No - we do not offer WIFI, however the 4G/5G signal is good (Telstra)
Q: Can we bring our dog?
A: Yes - dogs are very welcome. You might call this dog heaven

Q: Is the property fenced?
A: No - the property is not fenced. We are set well away from roads but children and pets should be supervised
Q: Can I swim in the lake
A: No - the lake is not suitable for swimming for people. Your dog however will love it
Q: Do you accept one night bookings?
A: Yes - one night stays are most welcome. Maximum stay is 3 nights. Minimum booking age is 18.
Q: Do you supply a hairdryer?
A: Yes. - we provide a travel hairdryer due to limited power supply at the campsite
Q: When is the best time to visit?
A: Tallaringa is beautiful in every season - each offers a different experience
Q: What if rain is scheduled for my stay?
A: Your stay can still be enjoyed rain or shine

Q: What if I see smoke or fire in nearby cane fields?
A: During the sugar cane harvesting season from June to December, local farmers may undertake controlled cane burns in surrounding fields. These burns are carefully managed and conducted in accordance with local regulations. If a burn is taking place nearby, you may see smoke or flames for a short period. While this can be an unusual sight for visitors who have not experienced it before, it is a normal part of farming in our region.
