Guests are responsible for reading and understanding our Property and Cancellation Policies.

There is an unfenced dam on the property. Children must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons, children who are unable to swim should wear a life jacket supplied by their parent or guardian.

Pet owners are advised the property is unfenced, however we are a fair distance from any road traffic.

Tallaringa Luxury Camping has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
Additional tents, swags, caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes and overnight visitors are not permitted without prior written approval.
Requests must be made before arrival and approval is not guaranteed. Additional charges will apply
Parties, functions and gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.
Tallaringa is located on a rural property. Guests should be aware that conditions differ from those in urban environments.
Natural hazards may include uneven ground, wildlife, insects, falling branches, slippery surfaces, mud and changing weather conditions.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care during their stay and supervising children and pets at all times.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused during their stay.
Additional cleaning charges may apply where excessive cleaning is required after departure.
Guests should only drive and park in designated areas.
Driving on grassed areas is not permitted unless specifically directed by management.
Tallaringa Luxury Camping accepts no responsibility for vehicles that become bogged or damaged as a result of driving outside designated access areas.
Vehicles are parked on the property at the owner's risk.
All facilities and recreational areas are used at the guest's own risk.

Packages and Extras

More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund less any credit card or PayPal processing fees.
Less than 48 hours' notice: Refund less a 20% cancellation fee.

Weather Cancellations

If we believe weather conditions will significantly impact your stay, we may cancel your booking and provide a full refund. Tallaringa Luxury Camping will be the sole judge of weather-related cancellations.

Postponements

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to postpone your stay.

More than 14 days' notice: No postponement fee.
7–14 days' notice: 10% postponement fee.
Less than 7 days' notice: 20% postponement fee.
Postponed bookings are subject to availability.
Any increase in accommodation rates applicable to the new dates selected will be payable. If the new dates have a lower accommodation rate, no refund or credit will be provided.
