RESERVATION POLICY

• Guests undertake to read and understand our cancellation policy.

• There is an unfenced dam on the property. Consequently we require that all children able to walk have a basic level of swimming or, alternatively, wear a life jacket supplied by you for safety purposes.

• Campfires are subject to fire restrictions at the time of your stay.

​​

• Pet owners are advised the property is unfenced, however we are a fair distance from any road traffic.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Accommodation. We will happily refund your reservation less a 10% administration fee with a minimum of 14 days notice. If you give us less than 14 days notice but at least 7 days notice we will refund your reservation, less a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date the booking is non refundable

• Packages. We will happily refund your package payment in full (less our credit card card or Paypal fee) with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you give us less than 48 hours notice we will refund you less a 20% fee.

• Weather cancellations. If we believe the weather will be too inclement for you to enjoy your stay we will contact you to refund your reservation in full. Tallaringa Luxury Camping will be the sole judge of weather cancellations.

• Postponements. We understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to postpone your stay. As we only ever take one booking at a time, we require a minimum of 14 days notice to postpone your booking to a later date. Postponing with less than 14 days notice, but more than 7 days notice, will incur a 20% fee. Postponing with less than 7 days notice will incur a 30% fee.
